You can request quotes at any time of day or on weekends directly via our website.
All single rooms have beds measuring at least 120 x 200 cm. Our double rooms have beds measuring 100 x 200 cm.
Munich–Salzburg railway line/Prien/Chiemsee station three minutes’ walk from the hotel.
The nearest bus stop is located directly at the train station in Prien, just a three-minute walk from the hotel. Take city bus line 9424 to explore Prien, lines 9414, 9494, and 9510 to Rosenheim, and line 9505 to Reit im Winkl.

Saturday/Sunday/public holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Museum visits, castle tours, and mountain railway rides: With our guest card, you can enjoy numerous discounts throughout Prien am Chiemsee.
There are two electric charging stations available in our underground car park. The price is €0.60 per kWh and will be conveniently added to your room bill. If you have any questions or would like to use the charging stations, please contact reception.
There are a few free parking spaces available at the house. First come, first served—no reservations possible. Additional free parking spaces are available in our external parking lot approx. 400 meters away.

- Outside the times mentioned, arrival/check-in is possible via a digital box.

Our hotel offers an underground car park, which you can use for €15 per night. You can reserve your parking space directly when booking online, by phone, or by email. For further information, please contact reception.

Unfortunately, our hotel does not have its own fitness room. However, we would be happy to recommend gyms or sports facilities nearby. Our reception team will be happy to assist you with this.
FC Bayern Munich games are broadcast live in our establishment. Enjoy the exciting matches in a cozy atmosphere. If you have any questions about broadcast times, please contact our team.
Pets are welcome on request and are allowed in all room categories. We charge €15 per night for your pet. Please inform reception in advance if you are traveling with a pet so that we can prepare for your stay as best as possible.

Information about our sauna is available at reception. Sauna hours are from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Bathrobes are available at reception. Sauna towels are provided in the sauna.

1. Stays of more than 3 nights: Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
For cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
2. Stays of up to 3 nights: Cancellations are free of charge up to 1 day before arrival, 12:00 noon.
For later cancellations, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
3. Early departure: In the event of early departure, 100% of the accommodation costs will be charged.
4. Arrangements: Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
Group reservations (more than 3 rooms): Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that, 100% of the expected total amount will be charged.
